The past few days have been quite a whirlwind of events.


(And I don't mean studying. I haven't picked up a book since Wednesday)


On thursday, we celebrated(?), commemorated(?), held a farewell for our dear Civics Tutor, Andrea Tan. Apparently she's leaving the college for personal and health reasons. We speculated on this to no end, but I guess it'll remain a mystery for quite some time to come. Jia Hao bought a mudpie from Island Creamery and we presented to Miss Tan a giant card and some bedroom slippers. Yes. Bedroom slippers. In keeping with our class tradition, all the guys gathered around the pie and devoured it in a frenzy of forks and spoons. It was gone within minutes.





















Later that day, some of us(Serene, Hui Qi, Zhi Han, Jin Xian, Jia Hao, Shi Hao) went down to Plaza Singapura, osteniably to watch Dark Knight. However, tickets were either sold out or for the late show and we went to ear Carl's Junior instead. Dinner was fun! The burgers were ginormous and we all went a little crazy with the sauce. I poured so much salt on Serene's burger that it looked like snow(or dandruff).





After dinner, me and Shi Hao literally WALKED from Dobby Ghaut to Chomp Chomp for the best sugar cane in Singapore before walking home. It was about a 2 1/2 hour walk. But those calories from the ginormous burgers weren't going to burn themselves anyway.
